How does your body speak to you?
We are all different in our own unique ways which means that how our body communicates with us can differ from one another. Learning your body is the most important.
During this event you will learn insight on how to tap into the wisdom that is held within your cells, tissues, and all other bodily systems. This will allow you to learn how to decode the language of your body and begin a regular routine of checking in, building a trusting relationship with your sacred vessel. You will then set an intention to bring forth this language through healing with sound, guided meditation, and a blend of energetic healings from Erica and Jasmine.
